In Frisco, Peckham is involved in Newman Village, a gated community just east of the Tollway on Eldorodo Parkway. Peckham owns both Villa and Estate lots in this one of a kind community which provides seclusion, exclusivity, and security amid the splendor of a private park and nature trail.
In Flower Mound, Peckham owns 1/3 acre lots in a gated community, Adams Estates. Nestled next to a private lake and greenbelt, our lots hold great beauty yet are easy to maintain and are extremely convenient to the DFW airport.

Over the years, Peckham has worked with many lending institutions and we have developed special relationships with the best of these. We are happy to provide you with recommendations and put you in touch with the institutions that we feel provides the best combination of service and interest costs.
Peckham has no financial interest in any lending institution. You are our client and we provide this information as a service to you. Lending is a critical part of the construction experience and we have found that working with financial institutions during both construction and the mortgage process can be difficult if the institution does not possess the right experience or skills required of new construction.
