Now that you have selected the lot, completed the design, and selected the materials for your new home, it is time for us to begin the complex bid and construction process. Managing the thousands of aspects that go into constructing your new home may seem intimidating, but you can rest assured that every step of the process is very organized and planned and is based on Peckham’s extensive experience in building hundreds of custom homes.

Building a custom home is a complex and detail driven process that can easily become a nightmare if not properly managed. Your project must be meticulously planned and scheduled. Mike Peckham has built hundreds of homes in North Texas. This experience provides him with the traits necessary to successfully manage the many moving parts of the construction process.

Construction Philosophy
After you and Mike have completed the plan for the construction of your new home, groundbreaking will occur. Through each phase of construction, your home will be built with the greatest attention to detail. Peckham will be on-site virtually everyday. Very few builders provide a comparable level of oversight and attention to detail. Rare in the construction business, Mike is also extremely honest. You can trust Mike to make the day to day decisions that will result in a magnificent home, built to your specifications and delivered on time and within or under your budget. Progression
Mike will meticulously manage the day to day activities required to build your home. Mike will, however, need to spend a great deal to time with you throughout the construction process. There are a myriad of decisions that only you can make. Mike and our interior design team will be there to make recommendations and to guide you through the process, but only you can make the final decisions.

Moving In
With each day’s work, your home will will begin to reflect your personality and preferences as the unique design elements meld together. Your original conception has now evolved into a full-fledged realization of hand turned wrought iron and enchanting murals. This is one of the most rewarding times for us as a homebuilder. Guiding you through the final walk through and being able to share in such an accomplishment is extremely rewarding. We have collaborated for months to reach this moment. Thousands of individual pieces have come together to turn your vision into your very own creation.

After Construction Support
With the home completed and the keys in your possession, you can still turn to us with any questions or problems you might have. You will also be provided with a warranty book covering all of your appliances, carpets, materials, electronics, and paint.
