To begin our relationship, Mike Peckham will meet with you to listen to your vision and to understand your needs. If you have a building site, he will walk the lot to gain an understanding of the angles of the sun, the existing landscape, and other natural and man-made structures which will affect the placement of your home and the enjoyment you receive from it. If you need a place to build, Mike will suggest an available building site or will help you find one that best suits your needs. We will create a design, or if you have a relationship with an architect, Mike will work in partnership to ensure your design meets the technical requirements of the site. If you need construction or mortgage financing, one of Mike's partners will introduce you to lenders who can assist you with that process. As we move through the various stages of design and construction, Mike will help you further refine your vision, and if you’d like to discuss your interior and exterior design choices with members of our staff, they will help you discover your preferences and share samples with you, saving you time and stress. Through every point of construction, the Peckham Team will be there to insure the luxury home you’ve always imagined is a reality for you and your family.
